1Hmmm, well this is interesting. So, I took my dose at 1pm and I went up to 1.2mg from .6mg. It's now 3pm. I'm hungry, but it has been four hours since I last ate which was an optifast shake with a banana in it, so hungry is probably acceptable. I've just put a pot on the stove with pasta, mixed veg and roast chicken in it. When that's cooked, I'll add a heaped tablespoon of lite mayonnaise to it and that will be lunch.
I hate cooking too Fiona. I do it because I have to and got out of it as often as possible!
